Hi, I'm Kristen, the girl behind The Blossoming Bean! ☕🍊
What started with a love for good coffee and connecting with people has grown into my own little coffee trailer and a community I'm incredibly thankful for.
You can usually find me behind the window making your favorite drink, talking entirely too much, dreaming up new menu ideas and figuring things out as I go.
More than anything, I want The Blossoming Bean to be a place people genuinely enjoy stopping by — whether it's for the coffee, the conversation, or a little bit of both. 🤍
Serve great drinks, love people well, and create a place that feels like a bright spot in your day.
The Blossoming Bean is about remembering your order, knowing your name, supporting the communities that support us, and making everyday coffee runs feel a little more special.
Weddings, church events, fishing tournaments, family reunions, birthday parties, grand openings. We pull up, we set up, and everybody gets a drink made just for them. We travel around Steinhatchee, Jena, Cross City, Perry, and Chiefland.
